繼前排番砌Boxster和350Z後，又搵來一架之前砌得唔滿意的模型番砌，今次係兩年前砌好的Toyota bB。一睇架車就知最失敗嘅地方係車殼，本來想噴兩隻色，由車頭的黑色漸變到車尾的銀色，但唔識噴，噴唔到漸變嘅效果，攪到前後兩折色。番噴前先來張遺照，日後有得比較。
今次番噴打算連車廂都攪埋，所以除了拆除車殼上的啪士外還要拆埋車廂內的。車殼除尾部拆唔開外，其餘部份都很易拆除；但車廂就有點困難，因座椅已黐死咗拆唔甩，幾要用据強行据開！
又用上次式式薯條大洗底法去除油漆，兩試兩零！
又係十零廿分鐘，車殼又回復原本膠殼顏色順便洗埋套拎！用綿花點開油水清除埋殘餘的油漬，再用清潔劑洗淨。車殼又可以重新上色啦！
車殼和內籠都係黑色，噴甚麼顏色(除黑色)都要徹底隔開底色，灰畢地遮蓋力會好啲。因唔打算噴淺色，可以慳番唔使噴白色畢地。
來到上色步驟，呢部車我覺得除了黑色外，好似冇乜其他顏色襯得好睇，但又唔想成架黑猛猛咁單調，所以又試吓玩雙色車身，初步定案係粉紅夾黑色，上半部份噴粉紅；下半部份噴黑。唔知好唔好睇咖，一路噴一路諗啦！
首先車身上半部噴上粉紅加珍珠油，因又想玩吓漸變色，所以將粉紅色噴的範圍擴大至大半個車身，噴好後覺得隻色麻麻地。
漸變色又告失敗，所以索性將整個下半部噴全黑。為求特別啲，我用了啞黑色。噴完後發覺用啞黑色頗突顯到隻粉紅色，但靚唔靚就見仁見智啦
！早前噴粉紅色時因忘記順帶噴埋光油，所以又要包番實黑色部份噴光油
！
車廂沒有甚麼大攪作，只是將所有啪士噴上黑色然後黐番埋。車拎方面中央塗上啞黑色趁番車身顏色。
車殼經打磨拋光和噴上窗框後將所有啪士黐番上去，又翻新好另一架車車，今次呢架啲顏色配搭比較騎呢，但自己覺得幾ok呀！
一連番新了三架舊車車，要暫時停吓，下次要砌番新嘅車車啦！

ReplyDelete[版主回覆10/28/2009 01:07:00]Here's the steps: apply primer; paint the lighter colour first; seal off the light colour sections with tapes; paint the darker colour; then spray the entire body with clear coat and polish as needed.

1. How can you "shade" the color you painted... I use 遮蓋液 to paint all the color I want to keep... of course I need to wait for long time until "dry"... but the 邊位 cannot not be do what I want...
2. if I wrongly painting little "parts" and would like to clear... even use any 除油 method, of course I can clean the 'parts", but the surround area also have some little such as 棉花 or materials (depend on what tools I use) left over ... how can avoid it?
How you understand what I'm talking about!

[版主回覆10/29/2009 04:25:00]1. I don't have any 遮蓋液 and have not try this product. Instead, I use masking tape and normal clear tape to cover the areas I don't want to spray on. On the border lines (i.e. the line across the different colours), I cut a clear tape in thin strip (~3-4cm wide) and stick it along the border, the areas beyond the border will be covered by masking tape.
2. If painted wrongly, I'd suggest either using thinner to remove the paint for the enrtire panel, or just clean up the wrong paint with fine sand paper depends on the size. I would not suggest just wash off the wrong paint by thinner.

upper is ivy down is black. just like the europen noble classic. you like german?

ReplyDeleteFor the normal clear tape.. I guess you talking about the tape can buy from normal stationery shop (always for office use one?) But the wide almost 2 CM .... you need to tape many many to cover the color you don't want to paint?

The clear tape is the normal tape found in the stationery shop. I put the tape on a piece of sticker's based paper (non-sticky paper that holds the sticker) and use straight edge and sharp cutter to cut it in thin strips.
If the area to be covered is wide, I ususally apply a clear tape strip at the edge, then a masking tape attached with paper. See beow for illustration:
